What is 'Vihangam Yoga'?

A meditation technique which enables us to find peace and happiness for ourself. A practice which helps us gain access to the positive untapped resources in our physical and conscious body. This is an ancient meditation technique that was taught to Arjuna in the battlefield of Kurukshetra by Lord Krishna to conquer pessimism and attain a state of positive Karma. 5000 years later, Maharshi Sadafal Deo Ji Maharaj rediscovered this lost knowledge and established the Vihangam Yoga Sansthan in the 20th century. Presently this knowledge is being imparted all over the globe by Sadguru Acharya Shree Swatantra Deo Ji Maharaj. Brahmavidya or Vihangam Yoga is the root of all forms of Yoga.

What is the importance of Asana (Yogic Exercise) and Pranayam (Breathing Regulation)?

Asanas helps to keep our body fit and Pranayam helps to control our mind easily. It is always advisable to do Pranayam before meditation.
